Aqua Dining, which first opened in September 2000, is the flagship restaurant of the Aqua Dining Group. Situated above the 1930’s North Sydney Olympic Swimming Pool, it was originally caretaker’s accommodation. In May 2011, Aqua Dining underwent a renovation under the direction of renowned architect Sidney Koh. Its unique vantage point was the central focus during the redesign.


Banjo Paterson Cottage Restaurant operates from a beautiful sandstone building dating back to the 1830's. Classified by the National Trust, "Rockend" is where A.B.'Banjo' Paterson lived as a young man with his grandmother. Come to the Mosman Rowers and relax by the water. The Mosman Rowers boasts a prime heritage waterfront location in Mosman Bay, Sydney Harbour, with a lovely balcony vista overlooking the bay. This heritage property is located only a short ferry ride from Circular Quay Sydney.

Set over two levels at the very end of Pyrmont’s historic Jones Bay Wharf, Flying Fish Restaurant & Bar invites you to experience Sydney’s enchanting beauty from a fresh perspective. Boasting spectacular harbour views, a coveted Chef’s Hat and a rustic interior that celebrates the site’s industrial-maritime heritage, Flying Fish is headed up by Stephen Seckold, who delivers an innovative menu that flows with the seasons and constantly surprises the palate.

The restaurant was refurbished in 2008, with an expanded outdoor bar area, with bar tables and a bar menu. The original 'look' was retained, and the restaurant is constantly tweaked to ensure it always looks pristine and fresh. Catalina is one of only a few restaurants in Sydney whose kitchen remains open from midday to late. Diners are welcome all day (full menu available).
