What is the maximum capacity of our boats?

12 passengers is the maximum surveyed number allowed.

Note: An infant or child, regardless of age is considered a passenger.

 

Is the boat suitable for children?

Yes, our vessels are very much child friendly and safety rail around the vessel are there to enforce it. Children must wear lifejackets on board. Children must be under adult supervision at all times.

 

What seated areas are available?

There is seating for 12 persons comfortably around the front table and the back table.

 

Is there sun protection on the boat?

The boats have full sunshade if needed.

 

What toilet facilities are on board?

Our boats are fitted with a proper toilet.

 

Is there music on board?

Our Boats are equipped with the latest audio system technology (mp3/Ipod/CD..), so remember to bring a selection of your favourite CD’s or ipod.

 

Where can we go during our charter?

Wherever you want within your time frame and weather condition.

 

Can you suggest any itineraries?

We have a number standard itinary. If you have a special itinary in mind, let us know.

 

Can we swim from the boat?

The boat is equipped with a swim ladder and grab bar - so access into and out of the water is easy.

 

Can we get off the boat?

Yes we can include a stop at a beach or at a café in your itinary.

 

Can one of our guests be picked up from another wharf?

Of course, passengers can be pick up and drop off from different locations. more information

 

Can we get an interesting and historical explanation  about Sydney Harbour?

Yes, on board are brief Sydney Harbour history notes and our Skippers have a good historical knowledge. ​

 

What is included in the hire fee?

The price is inclusive of the boat up to 12 passenger, the skipper & the fuel.

How do I pay and confirm my booking?

You can confirm booking by paying a 50% deposit (Cheque, bank transfert or visa:) full payment is required to secure your booking 2 weeks prior to your cruise. Please note credit card surcharges do apply.

 

If I cancel the hire, or don’t turn up - can I get a refund?

No refunds are available. We will re-schedule your cruise to another date at no cost.This date must be within 3 months of the original booking. Your booking can only be rescheduled once.

 

What happens in the event of wet weather or unsafe conditions?

We cannot guarantee the weather. In the event of wet weather you can either proceed with your cruise or re-schedule your booking to another date at no charge. This date must be within 3 months of the original booking. Your booking can only be rescheduled once. 

U cruise will decide weither it's a wet day or an unsafe conditions on the morning of the cruise.

 

Where is our pick up / drop off point?

You can decide to be picked up and drop off from every public jetty and beachs and there is some extra cost for Darling Harbour (20$) more information

 

What clothing should we bring?

You should bring sunscreen, hat and sunglasses, a seasonal jumper or jacket and swimmers if you wish to have a swim.

 

Do you BYO food and drinks?

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks on the boat. Alternatively we can provide catering with many options including BBQ, Sushi or Sandwiches . Just give us a call and we’ll discuss your requirements.​

 

What sort of food do you suggest we bring on the boat?

We always suggest that you bring boat friendly, picnic style food that requires no preparation on board.

 

Where can we put our food and drinks?

Our boats have built in eskies and fridges on board where you can store your food and drinks. You are permitted to bring along additional coolers if required however old metal ones are not allowed as they damage the boat.

 

Do we need to bring ice for the cooler / esky? 

You can bring your own Ice or we can organise it for you at the 10$ price per bag. please call in advance.

 

Do we need to get there before the set time of the charter?

Yes. All the passengers should be at the designated pick up point at least ½ hour prior to your charter time to allow loading of passengers and gear and to enable enough time for the safety briefing.

 

Note: Your charter will start and finish at the times of your booking. If one of the passenger is late arriving at the pick up point and departure is delayed, you will lose some of your charter time on the water.
